My Background

My Inspiration

When I was young my favorite time of day was when I had time to draw and paint. This love never faded and through time I sought out every opportunity to improve my skills and hone my creative vision through paintings and contemporary art more widely. I think of myself as self-taught artist, eclectic, experimental, on a journey...

My Inspiration

I enjoy walking in my spare time and many of my pieces are directly influenced by these walks in rural England. I love recreating memories of landscape and buildings in my work.

As an artist, I use many different mediums, such as oil, acrylics, pastel, charcoal and layered wood. Collage is also a great favourite. Each medium manifests in its own individual style.
